So, when we welcomed Bob as Chief Data Officer, it wasn’t about changing direction. It was about deepening our expertise, strengthening the systems we already had in place, and setting ourselves up to scale responsibly without ever compromising the trust we’ve built. 

 With more than 25 years’ experience across data-led organisations including Equifax, Experian, and Acxiom, Bob brings a global perspective and operational clarity that helps us continue evolving with purpose. He’s worked across industries from financial services to retail and telecommunications, bringing both breadth and depth to his approach.

Continuing the Momentum

In his first 100 days, Bob has focused on enhancing and extending the strong foundations already in place:  

• Evolving our data governance programme across teams and regions 
• Refining GDPR-aligned processes and documentation, including DPIAs and LIAs
• Aligning our data acquisition processes with WINR’s privacy-first framework to support responsible global growth 
• Reinforcing our best-practice approach applying higher standards even in markets where they’re not yet required

Scaling With Confidence

Bob’s role is all about ensuring that as WINR scales into new geographies, our approach to compliance scales with it. That means building systems that are fast, efficient, and still grounded in rigor.

Bob isn’t new to the WINR journey. Before coming on board, he had worked closely with our leadership team for over 15 years. He understands both where we’ve come from and our vision for the future.
